Answer	1)Jab kabhi kisi momin ko koi marz la’haq ho jae to marz ki jigha par hath rakh kar surah e bani israil surah # 17 ki ayat # 82 parhay to kaisi hi beemari q na ho inshallah door ho jae gi. (Ref : Naeem ul aamal pg # 357) 2)Agar koi blood pressure ka mareez ho gya he to os ko chahae surah e aal e imran ki ayat no 134 ko 101 martaba har namaz k baad rozana parhay inshallah zaroor faida ho ga.
