Agar ledki Chand ki tareekh k mutabiq Chatay(6) saal main ho tu ehtiyaat e wajib ye hay k lazzat k iraday k baghair bhi oska boso layna(kiss kerna) or galay lagana jaiz nahi hay.or baalig honay per os per(ladki) perdah wajib ho jaata hay.lerki k baaligh honay ki 3 nishaaniyaan hain.1)naaf ki neechay sakh baal ka ugna. 2)mani ka jism say bahar nikalna. 3) chaand k mutabiq 9 saal poray hojaana.(ayat ullah Behjat,nigah or Libaas, pg#72,)

It is permisible to wear Hijab with long coat till knee and lover jeans (although skin tight) with scarf,if her sensitive parts of body(like bottom and breast) is not seen convexly.it is permissible for women to open faces and some part of chin which is seen when a woman wear scarf normaly.(Ref: jaded fiqhi masail Aytullah Seestani (d.b.) maslah # 508,530)

If the non family members are your "Mehrams" then it is allowed. But if they are "Non-Mehrams" then it is not permissable.

when wearing a scarf or a maqna etc (in ehraam) if a scarf is wrap in6 such a manner that it covers some area with chin(chin is allowed this much is clear) both the sides i.e. area between the chin and ears and some portion of forehead to make the scarf stiff /tight(and to keep the hairs inside and chin hidden) will it be Ok or it will considered as covering of a face (criteria is of wuzu ,the face washed in wuzu or namaz or with na mehram)??

Woman should not cover her face when she is in Ihram. To cover her hair from stranger men who are present near her she should pull her chador cover her face. As an obligatory precaution, wearing scarf that covers part of the face is not permissible.
