salam,namaz mein qirat ki agarchey koshish jari rahey magar phir bhi agar kaheen ghalti hojaye to hajj aur namaz k baarey mein kia hukum hai??

Agar insaan nay koi lafz jis terah yaad kia ho osay sahi samajhta ho or namaz main isi terah perhay or baad main pta chalay(yani yaqeen hojaay) k os nay ghalat perha that tu os k liay namaz ka dobarah perhna zarori nahi hay.agar qirat main earraab(zabar, zair ,paish) sahi arbi main ada nah ker sakta ho or nah jaannay main mazoor ho(yani os k liay mumkin nah ho),tu oski namaz sahi hay.or agar nah jaannay main mazoor nah ho,tu os per sahi qirat seekhnay k baad namaz dobarah perhni hogi.or namaz e tawaf ko bhi agar makkah say nikal gay hon tu agar zehmat nah ho tu ehtiyaat e wajib ye hay k makaam e ibraheem k peechay dobarah baja laain werna jahan bhi ho baja laain. .(Ayat Ullah Seestani(d.b), Tauzee hul masail, maslah#988 & Masnasik e haj maslah #332).
Q: If sajdigah is not available can we perform it on the back of palm? Besides leaves and wood on which materials is sajda correct(jaiz)?

1. sijda zameen par aur un cheezon par karna zaroori hai jo khai (eat) aur pehni (wear) na jati ho aur zameen se ugti (grow karti) ho. for eg. lakri (stem) aur darkhton (trees) kay pattay (leaves) par sijda karay. aur jo cheezain zameen se ugti hain aur animals ki khuraak (food) hain, for eg. ghaas (grass) aur bhoosa, un par sijda karna sahi hai.
2. agar kisi kay paas aisi cheez na ho jis par sijda karna sahi hai, ya agar ho lekin shadeed sardi ya garmi ki waja se us par sijda nahi kar sakta ho to aisi surat mein tarkol aur zuft ko doosri cheezon par aulawiyat (priority) hasil hai. lekin agar in par sijda karna mumkin na ho to zaroori hai keh apnay libaas ya kisi aisi doosri cheez par keh jis par halat-e-ikhtiyar mein sijda jaiz nahi hota, sijda kar sakta hai. I have read in the book "Fiqh-e-Kamil" of Allama Majlisi that Abu Baseer narrated from Imam Jafar as Sadiq (AS) that it is sunnat to read the Shahada of Imam Ali (AS) in Tashahud. Every shia knows the position of Allam Majlisi, so do you think this book is doutful or not. I have read myself in the Chapter of Tashahud, the words are" Bismillahi wa billahi wal hamdu lillahi wa kairulasmai kuloha lillahi ashhadu ana la ilaha illallahu wahdahu la sharikalahu wa ashhadu ana Mohammadan abdohu wa rasoolohu arsala bil haqi basheeran wa nazeeran baina yadiyissaati wa ashhadu ana rabi neymar rabba wa ana Mohammadan neymar rasoolo wa ana Aliyan neymal wasiyo wa neymal imamo allamuma sali ala Mohammadin wa aali Mohammadin wa taqabal shafaatohu fi umatihi warfah darajataho alhamdo lillahi Rabil aalameen"
Also I heard that Grand Ayatullah Haaj Sheikh Mohammad Fazil Lankrani permitted in his book "Taghayarat-0-Azafat" to read shahadat salasa in Tashahud.

Because this is mainly the site of fiqhi questoins we will answer you in the aspect of fiqh.
From fiqhi aspect we are restricted to our marjes fatwa, not anyone else. Both A.Sistani, A.Khmenai and other marjieens says that its not permissible.
Salaam,
1) Namaaz ke musale per agar khan-e-kabaa ya masjidoon ki tasveer bani hui ho to us per paer(legs) rakhne ke bare me kya hkaam hai ?
2) Jo chadar namaaz keliye bandhi jati hai agar us ka kapra thora transparent ho to kya namaaz sahi hai ?
3) Namaaz me sajde ya ruku me jate ya uth te waqt jab badan mukamal itminan ki halaat me na ho darmian me agar takbeer kaheen to kya namaaz sahi hai ?

1) Agar tauheen shumar ho to jayez nahi hay.
2) Agar wo cheez keh jis ka chupana wajib hay nazar aaye to jayez nahi hay laikin agar maslan face ho jis ka chupana wajib nahi hay to phir koi haraj nahi hay.
3) Yeh takbeeraat qiyam kee halat mein honi chahiye. Agar harkat kee halat mein takbeer keh de jayen to yeh takbeer shumar nahi hogi laikin namaz batil nahi hogi.
